What's the catch with the free tools?
No catch. They're free because they're cheap to run.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. You get the free tools without a card. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account moves back into the free tier. Your dynamic QR codes stop working, and your BioLink, flipbooks and website come down. Renew and everything works again.
I have multiple venues — how does the billing work?
You pay for your account. Additional BioLinks can be created for £1 extra a month, and additional websites for £20 extra a month.
Is the website a real website?
Yes — a professional, fully optimised site. Build it in preview on the free account, then add your card to publish. You buy the domain, we help you hook it up.
